ottocilus cat fish, they are the best fish but add them when ur tank turns 2 months old... they only eat algae.

 

Ahh ok. I have about 500 snails all a couple mm long tht keep the tank clean. Rarely see them on plants.im debating on clearing them out a bit and getting a CAE.

 

Well i decided to go with 6 tiny cherry barbs and 2amazon swords. 24$ for the lot. I like it so far

 

The Cherry Barbs get to 2" and may feel cramped in the tank as they get larger.

 

ya i thought about that. I liked the look of them. but I have a spare 10 gallon and a 30 gallon that i am breaking down,that I may utilize when the time comes. but appreciate the concern.
