I've had lyme disease for a week now, and i must say it really makes reefing hard! your too tired to even wanna feed! weekly water changes are torture as all the weight of water jugs and buckets are too much, dosing is super tough because your brain is all slow and "not there", getting on your hands and knees to empty the skimmer takes 5 min instead of 30 sec, and lastly my 98w T5HO light system sucks to be around when your currently sensitive to light- its hard to even look at the display during the full sun period.

Point of story: If you live in an area with deer and deer ticks... take a hot shower and check yourself, after going into the woods! You will be thankful as my favorite hobby has been turned into a troubling task! This is my second round of Lymes, Anyone else unlucky?

Thankfully I am slowly recuperating and hope to be on here more while i start to get back into this awesome hobby.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Bummer Big Time!

There are very few of mother natures creatures that I detest, ticks are one of them.

Insidious little monsters that lay in wait for their next victim/meal, yuck and double yuck.

    Get better quicker!!

I have to go into the woods of North Florida for work from time to time. In addition to the numerous other locations that I have found ticks, I also found a pair on a very unfortunate, male only, location. Fortunately for me, no lyme. Best of wishes to you though.
