Oh I forgot to ask, what kind of camera/lens are you using?

Thank you! You may have missed it because I put all the pics up at once :) The tank is 4 months old already! wow how time flies! The rocks really started turning purple when I started using red sea coral pro salt instead of instant ocean! I love that salt!

I have a dual GFO/carbon reactor from BRS that I use a half cup of GFO in and I also have a nice wad of cheato in my sump. I really want to move to biopellets as soon as I can though as I have seen the wonderful results while using them :)

I am using a Nikon D5000 with a AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm VR lens :) I would love to get a macro lens, but it's too expensive!

Oh no no dont be NOT posting pics. I LOVE pics. I have been using Coralife salt switched over from Instant Ocean as well. Dont have to really dose for now.

And yay for another Nikonian! I mainly use inexpensive standard prime lens (this). Great lens. Just cant justify the macro (micro) lens yet, not just yet.

They are actually squeezed between the screen frame and my tank frame. I just turned the cord sideways and pushed the screen down :) There is a slight gap, but I don't believe any fish could get through that, not even a firefish.

lights are off at the moment but I will appease the crowd with some coral and fish pictures :) I will take a FTS tomorrow. and yes I have added corals since July ;D how could I not? lol I am working on getting more fish as my husband thinks I have gone coral crazy ::) I lost one of my carberryi anthias the other day as she was refusing to eat so now I am down to one (the male) :( He will make it though as he eats everything and the kitchen sink and is a fatty. I also dosed the tank with 28mL of prazipro as the one day I noticed all the fish were turning pale and shaking their heads vigorously (flukes). Worked like a charm! Corals had suffered no adverse affects. Without further ado here are the pics!!

birdsnest coral is growing like mad! It seems today that some polyps are turning green again. not sure what is causing this. I might try to dose potassium or some kind of coral additive to see what happens
