Well I bought my 1st lyretail awhile back and put 2 more in the tank around the same size as Shim(changing) about 1 month later, very bad mistake, he immediatly faught and killed the other one that was changing to male. Anyways she is now in the midst of changing so I thought I would start a thread on the process of change. The first picture is of daisy the timid female I added later to the tank and what sherbert the one turning male looked like from the start. I decided to start the thread because the changes just occurred to me, I know its my tank and I should have noticed it but hey I look at it every day, and didnt notice till I looked at old pics. Oh and the particles in the water are from the clowns fixing up their home.

Picture of Daisy, notice the very small tail and even jaw.

Picture of Sherbert notice the very large points and slightly forward jaw.
The final process in the change is of course a noticibly pink appearence with a darker pink fins and over all larger body, I cant wait till she fully turns, it will be so cool looking. Sherbert is currently waging war against the image of himself against the glass, every time he sees his reflection he starts flaring his fin, which on his dorsal fin it is starting to get a prodominant spike on it just like the male mandarin's do, daisy currently has a very very small itty bitty spike.

Congratulations!!! Also, notice the pectoral fin of the male. Very different than the females, so look out for this change with your anthias.

I would have loved to have the look of 3 that you have Kc but now that she is turning male I would be afraid to add another female.
