    Who says! Haha.

I couldn't think of anyway I'd ever use them other than as moon lights. So I modified them to plug into my R2 Solutions Moonlight controller and viola! They are now a 12VDC submersible bar of moonlight that waxes or wanes at my command. mwahahahahaha! ;D

120 second video. Controller in manual mode and I run through off-25-50-75-100% and then back down. Room is dark so it's not just a black box. Click on it :)

Wow! You have some DIY skills. I still haven't thought of a use for mine. It seems like they're between moonlight and accent.

Cool, great work! Was dimmed all the way down? They look like some seriously bright moonlights :)

    Thanks Mike.

Thanks. LOL yeah at 100% they are bright but the controller allows me to run them and peak at any percentage of power I choose, so I have them set to come on at 10%, rise to 35% and fall back to 10.

Also, they are designed to run 15vdc out of the box but I have them cut down to 12 because that is all the controller can handle. So even at 100% power they aren't as bright as they should be.

I didn't do anything special really. Just used a multimeter to find + and -, bought some jack plugs from Radio Shack that would fit the controller and made a few cuts and a couple solders.
