Looks good, but I have a couple of Q's. You couldnt get those macros locally? How big is that tank? I've had those "baker's rack" before and am not sure they are strong enough to hold a big tank. I dont want to jinks you or anything, but its just an observation. I dont trust those racks, esp. for a tank. Luna

    Hey luna!
Yeah i went down to the beach a couple of times and some in there are from Hobie. its a 30... actually 29, 30 inches. yeah each rack is rated for 350# but i know what you mean im terrified. think i have 23 gallons in there now... so 200 + 20# LS and 25#s of beach rock + 40# tank and equipment so round 300#s being generous... i have nightmares about it lol. Need to build a stand for it. Plus i got the mantis shrimp tank on a lower rack... yeah...

    o and thanks borntoreef!

They look good. Collecting locally is alway much more fun and people always very impressed when they find out that your stuff is local.

When you say Hobie, do you mean Hobie beach Rickenbacker Cswy?

lol. mos def its all bout maintaining the rep =p. all the rock in there is from the beach... LR is illegal to collect in florida (dont arrest me luna!) but this was washed up on the beach and theres really nothing "live" about it. plus some f&w officials drove by but didnt seem too interested in my collecting. there are also bout 5 crabs in there one snail i cant ID 42 ceriths (which may be a problem for the algae idk) and a hermit crab from the beach.

Thats where I work. I work for Dade county and we're responsible from the toll plaza until Bear cut bridge. I can show you where to get hermit crabs, snails, sea urchins, star fishes, porcelain crabs, sallyfoot crabs, mangoves and all kinds of stuff for free. I can even show you where to get flame scallops too.
