Im thinking about getting a Brain Coral. I heard they are fairly easy and they look AMAZING. I also like the look of Trumpet/Candycanes so thats another option. Third Im thinking about a small zoa garden. i just love the look of em.

The Kenya Tree is becoming a BEAST, he's like the hulk.:cheesy:

What type of brain coral are you looking at? I have a trachy and I would say it is pretty easy to care for.

Can't go wrong with zoas either :)

Haha, that thing is a beast!

I love my eagle eye zoas, though they might be watermelons. Definitely look awesome. I don't know how shipping works to Canada, but Reef Pets has eBay auctions every week and they always some cool looking zoa frags.

Yea, brains refer to a wide variety of LPS corals. I don't even know which ones truly are or aren't brain corals.

I have seen trachys, lobos, favia, and favites all referred to as brain corals.

Yeah get rid of the damsels. I started out my 20 gallon with a domino, blue, and yellow-tail damsel to cycle it. But once the damsels are in there, they establish territories and get mean. Unless you add the damsels at the very end. Now I have 2 clowns, a watchman/pistol pair, cleaner shrimp, and 2 peppermints.

Also, I think you should ditch the air stone. I used an air pump initially but the salt creep gets really annoying. Looking good though! =]

    UPDATE 2

Thanks for all the advise! I decided to feed my damsels the my Brother's Piranahs. They hid in the driftwood for a while and I think the cichlid was trying to mate with one of them. then they got gulped by the piranahs. Then I went to the LFS and got:

    2 clowns

    1 Green Zoa

The clowns look great and healthy, I hope they pair. The Zoa adds some color to the tank and look cool under moonlight.

Also you may have noticed I re-arranged the rock scape.

    UPDATE 3

Not much different, I'm loving my LED moonlight. Its from the kit that i got the tank from. My filter sponge is getting really dirty I wash it every 2 days and my filter overflow is always trickling.

Im pretty sure my clowns are a pair, they always swim together.

    Loving ma tank!
