I decided to pick up my i-Phone tonight and snap a dozen or so photographs of my mixed reef.
The Tank is a Redsea MAX650, 175-gal. glass display and sump, coast-to-coast overflow, and 800 watts of T5 lighting
All photos below were taken Monday evening, November 18, 2013
    Thanks for looking!

Wow that is beautiful! Amazing job sir

How thick is your sand bed wth the jaw fish? My wife moves them and idlove to try one. I wish now I had something under the rocks in my 120. I just totally spaced that part.....

Your tank is amazing and the fish selection is awesome! Is that orange branch thing in the front and centre of the tank a sponge? It's colour is really nice. The flame scallop is so cool as well! Is it hard to keep long term? I love the Red Sea tanks, I've got the RS Max500 and its really good.

Very very nice tank. Great phone pics. What iphone are you using, just the phone or an app. The colors really just pop. Awesome job.

    Hi Alex,
My sandbed is Caribsea's Black Hawian and about 2-3" deep. If I remember correctly, we added the sand first and then simply rockscaped on top of the sand. There is nothing supporting the rocks other then gravity. The jawfish will borrow wherever they feel comfortable (does not affect the rock)

    Great tank Kevin!
What's the trick to keeping that scallop alive?
I don't see a lot of those in tank pics.
