    Cool. I was concerned about the lighting as I have MH and don't want to add any more heat than necessary.

    I think I'm going to go ahead and run it in sump, see how the results are, and if it raises the water temp, go ahead and run external.

    I have a Magdrive 12 and keep it in the sump along with my Marine Pro 300 Skimmer and a pump for my turbo twist sterilizer. I have a 120 gal tank and an 8x54 T5 retrofit and my temp runs from 78-80 if that helkps any.

    While we're on the topic of pumps, what does everyone think of the Pan-World series of pumps? I was thinking about doing the Pan-World 100 px-x for my sump return (valved down a bit, of course).

    Pan world it the best for the skimmer standpoint. Pm recomends this for there skimmer and I think its the best for the application. Let me know how you make out if you use it.
