    I have a mag drive 3 on my ATO reservoir down in the basement. It has worked flawlessly for the past 3 months until today. It only pumps 8-12" above the pump. It usually clears the 6' needed without issue. I do not dose kalk or anything else in my ATO water.

    I tore the pump housing apart to see if maybe something had gotten stuck in an impeller, but no luck. Everything looked good as far as I could tell.

    What else should I check for? Has my pump gone bad after 3 months? I sure hope not.

    There's not much that can be going on. Cleaned real well? Be extremely careful not to bust your impeller shaft if it is porcelain, it creates a tight bind to be in; I've been there...
