    so i emailed hydor customer service, to asks where can i find a replacement magent and this is what i got

    lol,try to find an american contact or ask this ****** that answered you if he could have at least the kindness to provide you with an email address for an american retailer and or contact..... its people like these and their "working motivation" that give Italy a bad name.

    As Swisswiss said I think that guy at hydor deserves a few more emails
    MarineandReef.com sells them on their website and through Amazon.com. I bought some upper chambers through them on amazon. Shipping was fast.
