    just wondering what is the best and easy magnesium test kit to use and read. I use red sea and find it hard to read

    I like the salifert one. Easy to use but a bit pricey.

    Salifert is what I rely on. It is relatively easy once you use it a few times. I find it very accurate.

    I use the Red Sea. I'm reconsidering the reliability however. I'm going to try a Saliferts test.

    My Red Sea varies test to test... I'm sure it's just me ::)

    And a PITA to use... luckily, I just ran out and have placed an order to try the Salifert Mg test. We shall see

    I use the ELOS Aqua Test and find it extremely accurate. One drop will completely change the color so the drop count is very precise. The directions are a little weird but if you actually read them work well. Remember to throw away the Phase one solution and start with everything clean for Phase two.

    I use Seachem, a little time consuming but easy.

    Salifert is pretty easy especially if you use the salifert calcium test kit.
