Hey all, I'm looking to mount things along the back and side walls of my tank. I'm looking for something as an alternative to using glue. Maybe I'm making things up in my head, but I seem to remember seeing some small coral fragging stones or blocks that were magnetic, similar to a mag-float glass cleaning tool. Does that sound familiar to anyone or am I going crazy?

I did a google search but it only really turned up larger frag racks.

been looking for them for a while... I have heard before that it isnt really worth it due to the price of a magnet for such a small mount.

I have also thought about using those small refrigerator magnets that are completely sealed in plastic and was planning on using them as magnetic frag plugs but I am having trouble locating them also.

Don't get the Aqua-Mag, the backs of them are huge and the disc doesn't lay flat against the glass. It sucks if you're trying to get a coral to encrust there like I am, as it takes much longer to grow over the gap and doesn't look as good. The Ocean's Wonders raw "replacement" magnets are tiny too. I wouldn't wanna use them for a magnetic plug, although they are very strong. A much better option are the mag disks from Ocean's Wonders.
