I got a rescue tank from a friend who doesn't have time for it anymore. The live rock is covered with aiptasia and majano anemones. Is there any way to get rid of these other than kalk or lemon juice? And how will that effect my water quality, since it's a rescue tank I don't want to cause any drastic sudden changes.

Aiptesia x, boiling water, or you could try a pep shrimp, but it would be a gamble.
