The purple primer is used not only to get the pvc ready to cement together, but it shows the plumbing inspector that you did it the correct way. At least in Miami.

Ca reactor is 6.69. CO2 runs 24/7 and the effluent drip rate is 25cc. after the third chamber the effluent is pH 7.2. ill keep this until i figure out the tanks dKH consumption rate.

    tank parameters:

    pH is 8.27
    Ca 420
    Mg 1380
    dKH 15
    Sr 35
    79 degrees

    lights on timer:
    on 8am, off 8pm

    fuge on timer:
    on 8pm, off 8am

    aatoc with CaOH2 reactor 24/7

skimmer and liquid dose still need to be connected

Very nice. I just ditched my eggcrate I couldn't keep it algae free. It's like a magnet. I switched to CC sand bend instead. Less frags but less losses. I think anyway

    Looks Great RG.

    yup

    jason:
with the amount of flow inside the tank i would have a sand storm, so eggcrate it is. with the fuge and correct water parameters there shouldnt be any algae in the main tank
