    plumbed the skimmer and CaOH2 reactor with aatoc. also re-routed the Ca reactors effluent into the skimmer. the blue tape is there to hold the lid on until i can get a quick disconnect 90.

    Frag tank algae

    Reef Guru,how do you keep your frag tanks so free of algae?
    I have tried and every time my eggcrate just becomes an algae magnet.
    Beautiful set up just looking form some guidance.

    the live rock rubble and sand in the fuge were treated in bleach, the corals were treated in lugols, the cheato was treated in freshwater, i run seachem gel and a filter sock, NH3,4-0, NO2,3-0, Si-0, PO4-0

    i also keep the pH around 8.2-8.4 with 1.026 salinity at 79 degrees

    the only thing living in the tank is the coral and cheato
