    Thanks! That tank now requires almost no maintenance besides weekly water changes/ filter sock swap. Usually takes about 30min. Hence I need a new tank to tinker with.

    Filtration is as follows:

    Flow
    • Glass-holes.com 1500gph overflow kit in the center
    • 2x QuietOne 4000 pumps pushing 600gph each through independent 1/2" Loc-Line Y-oulets on opposing sides of the tank
    • 1x Hydor Koralia Evolution 1050
    • 1x Tunze Turbelle Nano Stream 6025

    Bio
    • 30 gallon custom built Wet/Dry
    • ~10 gallons of pot scrubbies
    • ~1 gallon of bio balls
    • 1 bag of Seachem Purigen

    Mech
    • 2x Eshopps x-large 200 micron filter socks
    • Vortex XL Diatom Filter - intermittant use for crystal clear water
