Has anyone ever been there? Worth the $20 to get in? Heading up in a couple weeks looking for come cool tanks to check out! Figure 1.3 million gallons has to be worth seeing!

I was there right after it opened and at that time, I could honestly say it was NOT worth it. Since then several friends have been and they say it was awesome and definitely worth the 20 bucks.

I was there a few years ago. It was decent but there are definitely better places.

I just got back from Vegas myself. Didn't get over to Mandalay Bay, but their aquarium is supposed to have quite a few sharks in it from what I understand. IMO unless i'm going to an actual true-blue aquarium instead of a "shark tank", i'll save my money for craps.

Behind the desk at the Mirage is ~2,200 gallon FO aquarium with one of those fake epoxy reef backgrounds. They probably have over 100 fish in there, 30+ species and it's free. Something to check out (and carnigie deli down the hall) if you're on that end of the strip. I'll post some pics from my terrible camera phone if I can dig up the wires for it later tonight.

We went a few years ago because one of our friends is really into sharks! If you like the sharks it was ok but I didn't think anywhere near the 20 bucks to get it.
