    a tank that has a goby and a shrimp is a good to go ?

    Yes, they male a good low water addition. I like to have livestock in some form at each level.

    Theres no guarantee that you can get a mandarin to eat prepared foods before it starves to death. Then if you do, theres serious potential for nutrient issues.

    Why because some dude has a theory... The facts remain. Without a pod population or the ability to ween him to fixed foods (extremely difficult) the dragonet will not survive long term...

    In fact his own Mandarin from the experiment died in 2 months..
