    yes, i realize how much heat this thread is going to get because i even dared to purchase one of these. but i did ;D. pictures when my light goes on tomorrow, and ill keep you all posted on how this whole thing goes

    No it might not get heat. How big is your tank?

    Also, is it wild-caught or tank-raised? Tank-raised Mandarins will generally accept frozen foods more readily, but it's not impossible for the same to occur with wild-caught specimens.

    I have a tank raised in my 8g bio cube and a wild caught in my display.
