I am posting again about mandarins. After researching i have found that most people believe that the ora spotted mandarins are being more cooperative than the blues. I have also read that mandarins will learn from each other. So i am going to try to put a wild caught blue mandarin with an ora spotted in hopes that the blue would learn from the spotted. I have stocked my tank with tisbe pods and am wondering what peoples thoughts were and if anyone else has tried this:cheesy:

How big is your tank? How long since you seeded the tank with pods? How much liverock? Fuge?

Seeding pods isn't the answer. Most copepods that are package for the AT are tidepool species with no natural predators. Therefore they do not hide and are quickly depleted by pumps and fish shortly after introduction into a tank. According to the breeder at Reef Nutrition that is.
If you really want a mandy, try ONE ORA blue and feed it Nutramar Ova or Arcti-Pods. Just remember, it may default on ts natural diet and you'll have to return it.
