if i wanted to nurse my mangrove back to health would it be easier to do so in a fresh water tank? u know wait til it looks healthy then move it back to my reef. i have a spare 10g fresh water tank thats been up and running for months with one fish and a whole lot of room and i feed the fish every day

if it keeps going south that is an option, but you will have to do a length acclimation back to salt...

just do a drip acclimation to get them back. I would consider using some epsom salt in the fw too, to help keep the SW pumps in the trees going, has to be some SW in there still.

Edit - i meant in the tree, not in the FW, when I said "there has to be some SW in there still"
