I just purchased a 46 gallon bowfront reef tank and noticed an abundance of polyp like corals. after extensive research I have 100% identified them as manjano and glass anemones. There is only a few of the glass anemones but the manjano's are EVERYWHERES!!!!!!!! atleast 30.

Please Help- Researched several techniques and most say "may lead" to even more anemones.

I've found that aipstasia-x works well, but you have to get the whole area. Definitely do not try to just pull them off- you will have even more because they release "spores" that will become more of the little pests.

Not sure how far along you are with your tank, but you could take the infected rocks and put them in boiling water.

I typically get a needle and syringe from the pharmacy and inject then with vinegar.

mix kalk powder into paste and get feeding syringe. turn all pumps off and hit em with that. I have majanos in my tank and cant get to some of them so it's impossible to completely rid the tank of them but periodically I use this method on the biggest or most visible and it works great.

Honestly, if the tank isn't loaded with corals or livestock, I'd nuke the rocks, sanitize the tank, get new sand and start over.

If you don't want to do that, there are numerous ways to help this, mostly mentioned above. Also check out marine depots aiptaisa wand. Lillys granddad has a cool thread about it http://www.3reef.com/forums/inverts/majano-wand-out-box-update-mortality-page-7-a-132392.html

It really depends on whats in the tank and what you're willing to do!
