    G. graphurus will get to around 3.5" and they do fine in a 10gal. I have never seen one for sale though.

    I am looking for one that's colorful and will stay within about 3.5". What about temperament f mantis shrimp, in general? I've heard of some breaking the glass they are behind in the tank.
