    my mom loves mine too, except when he is massacring a crab or snail... mine also sits on his back and fans his tail flappers (forget what their called) hes really awesome

    haha wow. thats funny! yeah they have so much character! i love mine! i wish you could mate them! that would be awesome!!!!!!!! i would totally do a mated pair in the new tank im getting!

    that would be cool! im hoping to get an acrylic tank for a peacock soon!

    yeah im trying to find an acrylic tank or a really thick tank. im pretty sure if its thick enough i will be fine with her with it being glass.

    yeah and as long as you dont provoke her to hit the glass it will happen rarely

    yeah she hit it today while hunting and i got my face to close... haha scared me a little bit!!! i will deffinetly reinforce the bottom though with plexi glass or something.

    that would be a good idea... at 3 inches i highly doubt that she could do any more than make noise...

    the Lfs owner told me she was a peacock but i knew she wasnt so i talked him down on a price.
