    Can you tell what color the meral spot is? On the inside of his raptorial appendages. Most likely a N. Wennerae since it is from florida assuming it has a white meral spot.

    Could also be oerstedii if the meral spot is purple, which is another common species from florida.

    They change colors based on their habitat. Also "lime green mantis" is a generic term live aquaria uses. They don't bother trying to identify exact species, unless it is a peacock.
