mantis....what would you do?

    One was about 4 inches the other was 5-6 ....big guys....like they sayy if it doesn't nurt ur not doing it right lmao.....any thoughts on garden eels and the mantis

    yeah i just got "tagged" for the first time, wasn't that bad.

    Garden Eels are EXTREMELY hard to care for, they need like 100+ gallon tank with 6-8" DSB. plus they occupy the same territory as the shrimp, so it probably wouldn't end well.

    So where are the pictures? I wouldn't put anything in with him except some clean up crew type guys if it were me. You have other tanks with fish/inverts that move a lot right?

    I think I would also be inclined to keep the feeders in a separate tank and feed as needed. From what I have heard you don't see zebras unless they are eating or occasionally they tunnel close to the glass. Considering how long they can go without eating I wouldn't want to miss any feedings while I was out.
