I was wondering if the rock that Marco sells is cured or uncured live rock? It really doesn't say on there website? I've got 5lbs of there fiigi rock and 45lbs of there dry rock. The dry rocks looks awesome. The live rock has some color but not sure what good lr even looks like.

The live rock is fully cycled, it should say that you are right.
I guess it never crossed our minds to add that as there are references to it being acculturated in our system for over a year.

I used marco dry/base rock in my 30g mantis tank. I bought the sand/rock combo and was very pleased with it.

Live rock will vary in appearance depending on where you get it. It will of course be wet, but it can just look like wet rock wrapped in newspaper. Depending where you buy it can look like that or have plants, coralline (purple), sponges, even inverts in it. To some that is the selling point but the major concern is of course the bacteria and other microscopic animals inside it to help get your tank going.

Okay thanks. Hey Marco I got some of the fine sand 40lbs and I did a rough rinse, just put it a bucket with sw and stired it a couple times. It seemed to settle 95%down but there is always a sediment at the top of water, will this go away after time?

It'll settle. Or just skim it off and get rid of it, it's not much anyway.
