    Have used IO exclusively for years...but have recently moved up to Reef Crystals as I get better Ca levels with it.

    Besides, very cheap from DFS. (note: shipping costs determined by amount you spend, not weight...which makes it real bargin if you buy a couple of buckets or more, or combine with other order...;))

    I am a "regular" water changer...so "cheap" is good. :p

    i just switched out of Instant Ocean and giving Seachem a go. so far so good.

    I used IO but come to realize, by friend reefer that is not to constant and it lacks in levels of Ca. and Mg. So he recommended Coral Life which is rich in Ca & Mg and is really close to sea water in all other trace elements

    Might want to try Drs. foster & smith, they have very good prices.

    my first fifty gallons was kent, i'm about halfway through my next 50 wich is reef crystals,hard to say if its mattered though as my tank is quite young

    saltycritter.com is in us dol. Its a small lfs here in ohio, very reasonable owner and works with customers. I think he has shipping specials

    it also seems crystals are quite popular.

    I have only used Tropic Marin Pro Reef Salt, it works wonders!!!
