Hi just wanted to see if any other members here have used marine snow in there aquarium? and if so what they thought of it . I had a guy at the LFS reccomend this stuff to me cause i was having trouble with an anemone that wouldn't eat and was slowly bleaching. I just don't know if its going to affect anything else in my tank . and if there is any risk invloved in using it. says its good for all filter feeding critters and corals. Would you guys use it?

Very few corals or filter feeders will eat any phyto food, including marine snow. It sure as heck won't do anything for an anemone. Bleaching is due to the anemone not getting enough light, and for food, they need meaty items, like pieces of shrimp or silversides.
I would research anything before buying from there again. Looks like you got took for a completely needless sale :(

When the "EXPERTS" forums were on RC, there were several opinions that it wasn't much better than just water.
I don't believe it was phyto based but rather it was supposed to be zooplankton but actual life in the bottle was at best less than 1%. (going from memory here)
One expert called it the "snow job" I believe.
It was a common perception that marine snow, and many similar type products benefited the seller more than the tanks.
