I have a Marineland C-360 canister filter and my question is this...

How do I stop the bubbles from coming out of the filter? Every so often the canister puts out tons of tiny bubbles. I have read that propeller my not be spinning right and or the media is clogged which in turn disrupts water flow. Well I clean them frequently and still get bubbles in my tank! Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

Does it have a manual priming pump like the fluval canisters?
If no bubbles get in, none will come out. Is the inlet near the surface or exposed to your skimmer outlet or powerhead where bubbles may get in?

It does have a manual priming pump, how does that affect the bubble? I have my koralia and heater near and on the same side as my outake (clean water in). On the other side I have intake and mini submersible nano skimmer. The bubbles are driving me crazy and suggestions?

Well, there's a ton of bubbles in the ocean, so I doubt they'll hurt anything.
Try moving the filter intake away from the skimmer.

I was thinking I could find large carbon instead of the little stuff in filter bags. Perhaps if its large enough I could just spread it loosely in the tray without being in a bag? This could help the water flow through the canister without restriction.

I don't its the skimmer since the bubbles where already irritating me before I bought it!

I can't believe I'm the only one with this problem, Aahhhh!

Usually I only experience problems with bubbles when the mechanical media in my canister starts to get clogged with waste. This alerts me to the fact that's it's cleaning time.
