Was wondering if the Marineland Reef capable LED's systems are sufficient for my aquarium. It has 1670 lumens.....

Does anyone know how that compares to watts....

Watts and lumens are bad measures for how effective lighting is. You will need to find out what the PAR or PUR for the unit is. A 4X24W T5HO unit puts out 10000 lumen BTW. I don't believe the LED fixture is good enough for a reef tank. Fish only it would be fine.

What kind of nem? There are some exceptions, but most like a good amount of light.

Anemones need a lot of light and an established, stable tank.

I don't think that light is enough for an anemone. I'd go with a DIY led project. :)
