Would I be able to keep a maroon clown in a refuigum??
He's causing to many problems in my dt and im tired of it but I dnt wanna jus take him to the fish store and give him away... Mainly what I am asking is would he effect the production of pods in the refgium if I kept him in there???

I'm sure he will eat all your pods. I would take him back to my lfs and get some kind of store credit.

haha, yeah they can be tricky to catch. What you can do is cut a 2 liter bottle in half and then stick the cap end in backwards then put a piece of food inside and when he swims in there to get it pull it out real fast

So I take it your maroon is very aggressive. Mine will swim up to my hand and lay in my hand if I open it up. Mine is about 8" and is as sweet as can be. Mine is very strange that way, she has never attacked me or anything in the tank really. She only drove out my 4 striped damsel after she paired up with the male and wanted the tank for themselves. But to catch him, you can try using a clean tupperware container and scooting him into that.

The opening might be a bit too small for a maroon to fit into though. It's a great trick to catch juvenile fish and smaller trouble fish though. :)
