Thanks Cheryl! My focus has been on fish, but now that I am basically stocked, I will be focusing more on corals moving forward. As mentioned I did get some new pieces recently and will post them up soon.

great to see you post an update marshall! Fish look fantastic! I really like the last wrasse pictured. Do they need any special care? Looking forward to your coral update!

Thanks OFK! The last one is a Leopard Wrasse, an "expert only" species. And this particular one is the most delicate of them all, and unfortunately has abysmal rates of surviving long term in the home aquarium. So obviously not a fish that most hobbyists should even attempt. I am hoping I will get "lucky" with mine.

I'm hoping you get lucky as well! My LFS has had a couple of leopard wrasses on sale for a while now. I keep eyeing them.....I read somewhere where they need live pods for feeding, is that true?

They do spend most of their day hunting for pods, especially smaller juveniles. They can be tough to ween onto prepared foods, though they usually take Mysis readily. So in that sense their care is similar to Mandarins, frequent feedings and a large established tank.
