    NIce, when I look at that pic, my mind thinks, look at all that storage space under that sub floor. I have no idea for storing what though

    Right now I plan on storing SW specific things that I use in low profile sealable bins. Test kits, salt mix, food, etc. That way it is out of sight and I can keep the tank stand looking clean an organized.

    No problem. If it helps anyone along the way I am thrilled!


    Here is a photo of the progress today. The right hand side of the wall and door are framed and my contractor and I started planning the outlets.

    You will see a low-voltage box for Ethernet. This will feed the laptop and camera for future live tank streaming and for possible controller use down the road.

    Looks very well thought out. I love the pre placement of electrical outlets. You never know when you might need one, and where. Following along.

    When you do this change the breaker to have a gfci that way you have a little more protection on your equipment
