I like it as well. Thanks for the input!

The bar-sink is painted and ready to install for my water changes. This will be used mainly for draining WC and cleaning equipment with RO/DI water.

Today we start painting the room. :) I will need to stop and get some type of rubberized paint to seal the drywall above the tank, so my fish don't eat gypsum. ;)

Gypsum would be a good source of calcium, just scrape accordingly :)

    :cheesy: lol

Not much to report on the fish room. Some primer is going on now. We've been landscaping the front of the house, so that has taken up a lot of my time lately. :( Hopefully, though, within another week the tank set-up will begin.

That is some nice dry wall work! I don't really know much about it, you had mentioned 3 coats of Mud? Is that typical for the joints and such? I had always thought they just put 1 layer on, maybe some sanding?

I have a great contractor. He is very particular about his drywall. Two heavy coats of muds, sand flat, third feathered coat of mud then re-sand. Makes a really beautiful surface. :)

When I had my house built in 2002 I remember I was kind of able to see the drywall panels on the ceiling through the paint. Until now I thought, well, that must just be the way it is, but now I realize they just did a crappy job LOL.

    The room looks great!
