I have this material growing all over my live rock and I need to know if this is an issue at all. I am getting ready to stock my tank and I need to know what this is. All levels test fine so just looking to make sure if this stuff is ok, or what I need to get rid of it. [IMG]

I am really just talking about all of that brown dark green fur-like stuff all over the rock?

    Please Help!

    Welcome to 3reef Jayfish911,

Sounds like green hair algae (GHA). Unfortunately I cannot view the images, perhaps try a photobucket account.

GHA is not uncommon in new tanks it usually resolves with the use of a good clean up crew, limiting addition of phosphates and nitrates to the system and the use of RO/DI water.
