Bought some coral from Wet Thumbs today to celebrate:
    Item 1789, Aussie Blue dots
    Item 1931, Holy Blue
    Item 2409, Bright Neon Hynophora
    Item 2411, Cupid Acro

Tank is doing pretty well considering how busy life has been since Christmas. (moved, kid, work, life)

Hard stuff doing well (stag, aussie acros, bird's nest, stylo) - my staghorn is threatening to take over the tank...
Oddly - I had a weird event with something easy - my monti digi - which had been covering my tank from end to end - bleached out - down to a few fingers - very strange - do not know when or how this happened - other corals are unaffected.. hard to single out with a lot of tank change ups lately, but I do think it is weird since it was the only coral affected...

Anyway, there is my update... look forward to seeing the affects of the new light - nice to have actinics again! 8)

    matt

Doing my best to stay to water changes every 2 weeks.

Looks good over the tank, nice group of adds, very strange on the digi they usually are very hardy. Hope it pulls through and life settles down.

Some coral close ups would be an excellent addition to this update IMO

Sounds like there has been plenty of growth

Thanks and agreed - I thought that was weird. That coral was a weed in my tank all last fall to the point where I almost regretted putting it in there. Strange.

Will do tonight with the new light!

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Looking forward to the images of the corals "stagehorn threatening to take over the tank" begs for pictures. Also curious about the digitata, that seems very strange, this was not after the new lighting went up was it? Perhaps you can post a picture of that as well. Oh and of course the new lights.

    TIA
