    UPDATE
Ok here are some I took a few minutes back - saturday morning style - in my sweats with algae all over the glass from the work week. :)

The 3reef shirt highlights an issue I am having with glare - going to resolve this weekend with a curtain or some kind of shade I am going to DIY so when sitting on the couch you don't go blind..

Other things to note - you can see my issue with my monti digi gone white except for a few green fingers - thinking I should frag those. I keep going back and forth on the white digis - dead? Not dead? I think they may be dead because the growth stopped - but sometimes I think they are fuzzy?

Other corals doing well, some seem fuzzier with new light too - however when I moved I lost some clean up crew inverts when I took out the sand - need to replace them as I am getting a lot of macro growth now. Wish I could throw a rabbit fish in there but my tank is too small. My routine is to pull macros when long and throw in my fuge.

Other issue that I think about is my kalk dosing. I removed my Tunze kalk reactor that was hooked up to my ATO as it was dosing too much sometimes. So now I don't have a good method. Using a kent marine aqua dose that I manually start some nights. Not happy with this. May play with it more and have it go all the time. Would love to get a little fishies kalk reactor but can't get around how to have that work better than my Tunze - that is - constantly at a low rate...

Anyway.. there is the good and the bad - all in all, for moving and having a kid (that is screaming right now. :) ) I think it is doing pretty well and I can bounce back into a really good zone with some refinements now that I have a little more time..

well now that actually does look great! So since its only the digi's then i have to ask, are you sure its not monti eating nudis? its really odd that no other acros are bleaching...

but i really like the light though!

Now there's a thought. I will need to look into that. If anybody has a good link. Let me know...

Thanks Trent. Me too. My plan this weekend is to tackle the glare with some shade that doesn't look like a shirt hanging :) and do a water change.

Looks good, I think fragging the montis should be a priority as well as looking for nudis.

    The fixture looks wonderful.

I am really curious about the montipora issue.

Over what amount of time did this happen?

Add any new corals, any at all that could have carried a pathogen?

Just seems very strange that only the montipora did this and that they look to be situated in completely different parts of the tank. One of my acropora stung my digitata pieces recently and it is stark white in the area that got stung, that particular area looks dead. Seems like if it were nudi's they would have to be visible because of the numbers it would take to wipe out that many pieces.

No new corals. Happened sometime in the last couple months. Very busy with work and birth of my kid so I can't pin it down.

Someone got a nudi link? Just noticed the 3reef google search got bagged with my site upgrades recently, need to fix asap.. :p

It looks good overall IMHO. I gave up on trying to DIY a kalk reactor and don't want to pay for one either. I still have the gallon jugs that I drip with, which reminds me....

Nudi's are some nasty SOB's! They can tear up a nice establish tank, but good thing is that its just the monti's.
