Hey Mattchew, Weird on how much the tank im working on resembles yours. Im setting up a 90 aga rr with a black pine stand. Im using a 20 gallon long sump, tunze 6045 and tunze 6025 for circulation, mag 7 as a return and a euroreef rs135 as my skimmer. I bought about 80 percent of everything from salty critter in vermilion. I went the flexible pvc hose with ball valve for my return and worked on hard plumbing the return today. First tank with a sump, kinda learning as i go....oh also trying to get my current fish into the 90 from a 30 gallon tank. lol Ill try to post some pics to show u what im trying to accomplish in a little while.

Tanks looking like mine. Nice and empty....sux doesnt it. I spent 3 hrs at salty getting advice and supplies on saturday morning. I got my grounding probe, filter sock, and digital thermometer. My buddy is coming over saturday to help me run a dedicated gfci outlet to my tank. No worrying about tripping breakers. :) Keep me updated.

I'd get that radiator clamp off of the Mag 9 in the sump.. The worm screw is Zinc or Galvanized still not a good thing in saltwater.

Salty told me that the screw wouldnt be a big deal, they use the clamps on their tanks and havent had a problem in the years theyve been up. Im sticking with mine, its above the water level anyway.
