Should i add a flame angel as my 4th and final fish?

  1. No, i wouldn't risk it with the corals.

  2. go for it! as long as you keep it fed it shouldn't be an issue.

As you know I have the Rapid Kit..

My apartment is at 79 deg and my tank runs at 80-80.5 MAX, I am so happy to have my LEDs. When I had my NanoTuners 4.36 kit if my apartment was at 76 my tank would easily be around 84 F.

I no longer need to run the AC (80 Below).

Awesome! I'm going to try fans first but if they don't work, LEDs will follow soon.

i think next year ill be switching over also. i want that shimmer effect and i want it to be dimmable. ill be doing a complete diy on it so it wont be hundreds of dollars, but its still going to be pricey.

Cool! It's actually going to be cheaper to do panorama pros by about 20$. I don't know, DIY LEDs are overwhelming....:( I wish I could do them.

If I do go DIY, I'll need a potentiometer and AC adaptor to run the dimmable drivers right? Do I NEED to go dimmable?

you dont need to, its just really cool. and i wasnt going to buy a diy kit, i was going to buy cree leds, a heatsink, some wires, the dimmable drivers, and some steel wire to hang it.

OHHHHH ok. They also have a dimmer that will separately dim blues and whites.
