Should i add a flame angel as my 4th and final fish?

  1. No, i wouldn't risk it with the corals.

  2. go for it! as long as you keep it fed it shouldn't be an issue.

Question: when should I feed my torch? I usually feed it with the rest o the tank but it doesn't really grasp the food an when I turn the pumps back on, it blows the food from its tentacles.

Another question: I plan to do a mushroom garden,

Is it ok is I have a bunch of rics and regular shrooms touching eachother?

I am pretty sure that it is okay for them to touch each other.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Ricordia usually do better at an angle, that is why you see so many on the side or slops of scapes. You will know if they are getting too much light because they detach or melt. Pretty much the same with mushrooms, detach or melt. I have killed my fair share of both mushrooms and Ricordia with too much light.

a tip i have heard with mushrooms is if they are practically plastered to the rock, they need more light. if theyre cupping, they need less. they should look wavy.

I have been wanting some rics for some time now. They have quite a bit more color and patterns then shrooms do.

Yeah I agree. I just love the texture. And they'll be great for fraging/selling.
