Should i add a flame angel as my 4th and final fish?

  1. No, i wouldn't risk it with the corals.

  2. go for it! as long as you keep it fed it shouldn't be an issue.

I would get that tank lol. I showed it my wife and told her about it and now she is thinking about it as well. It looks very sharp. Does it have a sump as well.

Yeah similar to the biocube, the back is the sump.

My honest opinion is this, forget that AIO tank and use that 1,200$ towards a 90g set up with your 40g as a sump. You'd have enough for a couple AI sols. All-in-one tanks are alright, but will limit you. If I went back in time and started again, I would have gone with a regular tank. In fact, once I get a job I plan to transfer the duff from the biocube to a 46 bowfront. JMO.

And 90g is enough for some tangs.

Yeah! 150s are also 48". Lighting wouldn't be too expensive for a 150. A couple of AI sols would do it. Or a 4 bulb t5.

Ya i know what you guys mean, its just this. My parents dont like my tank because it looks "messy" and what they mean by that is the light is open, the filters are on the back, there are wires everywhere, etc etc. this tank is very compact, easy, and a dream to use. When i go to collage in 2 years i want something that my parents will be able to handle, and a 90 gal with a sump is not something they would keep. They would sell that ish on craigslist the day i left the house. With this tank it will e easy to maintain, and my parents will know how to maintain it as well. Thats just my side :) haha
