    I decided to wait without even reading lol. It is for .5 return. Idk if I should get a larger one, or if this will work good for my size tank.

    That info is a bit confusing. I understand what it is trying to say but it confuses me

    Ok, I just measured (roughly) mine from the top of the tank. The edge of the secondary and the emergency holes are at 2 3/4". The main is lower than them by 3/8". Each one is apart by 2" side by side.
    How thick is the tank? I think it's 1/4", no?

    Let's say your tank glass thickness is 1/4".

    x = 3/8
    y = 1

    So,
    single hole along side: 3/8" from edge
    single hole near corner: 3/8" from first edge, 1" from second edge
    holes next to each other: 3/8" from edge, 1" apart
    holes next to each other next to edge: 3/8" from first edge, 1" apart, 1" from second edge

    Voila! Haha.

    What's the cheapest place online? And do you think half an inch bulkheads are enough for my overflow?

    Just so you know, I have 90G with 20G long sump, with 1"s BeanAnimal. You are fine. If you use 1 1/2" pipes on with a 1" bulkheads, the system would handle up to 2,000gph. So, you are fine.
    But you woudnt have to use 1 1/2" pipes like BeanAnimal instruction says. 1" sanitary T with 1" pipes should suffice. I hope someone like insanespain can chime in as well!

    I ordered bulkheads from Glass-holes with a return kit. There are thread in/out, slip in/out kind, so pay 1000% attention when you are choosing which kind :)

    Wait wait, you got 1/2" holesaw for the return, I know that, but you cant use the same size for the overflow tho. Id use three of these 1" bulkheads like this from Glass-holes, for example.

    The smallest diameter they make sanitary tees in is 1.5 inch. If you wanted to downsize the plumbing you would have to go with regular tees.

    What size return pump are you going with? How much flow are you going to have? That 1/2 inch return is pretty small, and it's going to put a pretty big restriction on your return pump. You should always go bigger than the output of your pump. So if the output of the pump is 1/2 inch, then you should at least go with 3/4 inch return piping.

    Exactly, that is some interesting info about drilling holes. That crossed my mind when I did mine but I couldnt find anything about it so I just winged it. I used common sense though and didnt drill holes right next to the edge.

    So to sum this up with my opinions:

    Return = 3.4 inch

    Bulkheads for BeanAnimal = 1 inch

    Fittings and Pipe for BeanAnimal = 1.5 inch (Can downsize to 1.25 inch but I dont recommend 1 inch)
