    Eheim is definitely more expensive. They will last for a long time. there is a review on Foster and Smith Aquatics from someone who has has the same Ehiem pump running for 11 years.

    I have not had it for long, so I can't really comment on how long it will last, but I think it is pretty loud. Kind of annoying actually. It definitely put out lots of flow though. Sells for $80, new.

    Ive been a fan of Eheim for some reason. Never owned one but I keep hearing positive feedbacks. It doesnt get heated as much as Mags I hear as well.

    Alright just ordered my 1" bulkheads and 1 3/4 holesaw from ebay way cheaper than on glass holes, sorry guys. I should be recieving them later on. I'll keep you guys updated

    Living life dangerously, I see. haha I just used masking tape on the top ends so the glass doesn't move.
