I love all Seinfeld episodes. The topics they argue about are absolutely awesome.

Mayo. I'll take egg yolks and oil and vinegar over thickened corn starch paste any day. :)

I like both BUT it has to be Hellman's mayo.....when at all possible. Kraft mayo is gross as are all their salad dressings. Ranch dressing MUST be Hidden Valley if at all possible, I can be gracious when it isnt, but anytime i have a say, certain condiments shall always be certain brands.

With that said, I suppose we could start a whole new thread about being proprietary about certain BRANDS of condiments.

My ketchup HAS to be Heinz. I will not buy other ketchups. I can tell when it isn't Heinz.

Hrmmm - that just got me wondering again - what about a "catsup" versus "ketchup" thread?

ha ha - these threads are so crazy - but that is why we love them so much :) I always enjoy these!

I am not a fan of mayo, maybe because I was scarred for life by a kid that I went to middle school with.... He was rather large in stature... Okay, he was huge... And for some reason he insisted on sitting next to my friends and discussing the lasted Dragon Ball Z episode, which none of us watched... It gets worse, everyday he would get 3, yes 3, of our school's disgusting chicken patty sandwiches and drown them in mayo. They were covered to the point that you couldnt see what he was eating... Besides mayo of course. Then he would procede to slobbering the rest of his mayo all over the separate lunch he brought from home... It made it hard to eat with this kid sitting next to me for 3 years. I have hated mayo ever since, I dont think I have ever actually eaten it just because of that. The same kid turned me against ranch dressing too. I feel sick just thinking about it.

Putting Miracle Whip on a sandwich is like putting Ketchup on a Hotdog. It’s just wrong on should not be done.

Mayo for me all the way. Miracle Whip makes me gag.
But really, how can you not like ketchup on a hotdog? That would be like not putting ketchup on scrambled eggs. THAT would be wrong.;)
