also a good point, i have an evil chromis in my tank who likes to bully my McCoskers he nip and chase him all over the tank my McCoskers never jumped but just tried to swim away and would flash him, now its been a couple of weeks since he's been in the tank and he is finally starting to stand up for himself and is standing his ground and starting to go after the chromis *finally*

also make sure you have at least a 2 inch sandbed, although mine likes to hid in the rocks

the only "bully" I have in my tank is my clown....and I think most of that stems from him being a hungry s.o.b. once and a while he chase the chromis around, but usually just because they are in his face. again, it was worse before I was adding seaweed and he had nothing to graze on throughout the day (I know its more of a tang thing, but he loves it too)

sand bed is 3-4". probably 80-90lbs live rock. should have plenty of hiding I would think.

I had a bully clown too, although the yellow tailed damsel joined in too. I decided to take the clown out temporarily to allow the wrasse to get better used to the tank. I will probably add the clown back tomorrow at some point. Just keep that in mind, as I said before, the these wrasses are very docile.
