    Thank you all for the kind words - i definitely have a soft spot for inverts. I had to choose this one because he was the messiest looking one of the bunch. I find it amusing to say the least - but I wonder if they are bothered by the various things they tend to pick up in their travels.

    As much as I would enjoy some of the spiny types, I have limited space and worried that a spiny one might get stuck too often.

    Velcro is definitely another fascinating little critter to watch. Zen, my purple pseudochromis had NO idea what to think about him when i added him to the tank, that was funny to watch as well. Zen was clearly intrigued but kept just out of reach.

    they put things on their backs for protection/ camo. I have a similar one to this... my wife calls it the 'mad hatter' because he picks up shells and wears them like 'hats'... yes, they tend to bulldoze, I haven't had him pick up any frags yet, but I'm watching and waiting, hoping that he doesn't.
