I forgot to update that I added another 6lbs, making a total of about 20lbs now. I cant seem to get them stacked just right and I can't help but shriek and yank my hand away every time I touch a sponge when I try to aquascape them better, lol.
Diatoms have already flourished and are starting to ever so slightly disappear. Pods are beginning to multiply and are covering the glass.
I had already added a wad of Chaeto and have recently added more after it did so well.
I really think things are coming along.

Please ignore the gigantic ball of Macros in the tank. I only threw a handfull i there and i the past 2-3weeks its grown like crazy!
I also threw in a pic of my new Red Scooter Dragonet.
My mother named him Pauly Shore.....guh.....
When I told her I got a BioCube for x-mas, she mistook it for the movie BioDome! She was a little surprised as I told her how gorgeous it was and how much I loved it that my bf got me such a wonderful gift. She replied "I had no idea you were that passionate about Pauly Shore movies..."
    I've never laughed so hard.
I apologize for the crappy pics, they were taken with my phone...I cant seem to find my camera

When I posted a pic of my Biocube on my Facebook page, my mother responded with this:
    Hows THIS for BioDome?

Looking good! Once the macro starts growing it never stops lol. Once a month I have to throw a massive ball of cheato away. What kind of seahorses are you looking to get?

    Thank you both.
Im probably going to get Hippocampus Kelloggi (Kellogg's seahorse/great seahorse). Its the species I could find the most information on so I feel most comfortable with starting with them.
As for the Macro, Im giving most of it away to one of my friends. They just started a 90gal in their newborn son's room. Im also giving some to Thepanfish here.

I just brought home two very lovely ladies today. They are acclimating at the moment (more pics after they're done)
Both are H. Kelloggi females, captive bred and eating frozen mysis. I made sure they were eating at the LFS. I couldn't be happier right now!;D
