    be aware that the cheapo bulbs usually don't last as long, but they are cheap. Sometimes they are not the "color" that you would expect either.

    But, again, they are cheap.

    What kind of bulbs (I imagine DE) and how many watts?

    +1 to above ebay bulbs are VERY hit and miss.....more of a miss IME
